Step into a hands-on role where you assemble, disassemble, and repair specific product lines while collaborating closely with a supportive team. As a Mechanical Assembly Specialist, you’ll rely on foundational product knowledge, a working grasp of production procedures, and confidence with common hand and power tools. This position rewards self-direction, focus, and a team-first mindset.
You start your shift reviewing work instructions, organizing components, and selecting the right tools. You build core assemblies to precise specifications, flag any issues that could slow down expedited orders, and document your work in the ERP system to keep operations accurate and moving. Throughout the day, you help sustain a safe, orderly environment and contribute ideas that make the process better for everyone. When priorities change, you pivot quickly—always with quality and the customer’s needs in mind.
