This is a technical position involving a range of professional and administrative duties. The incumbent will serve as a Transit Contracts Compliance Officer within the DBE Unit, responsible for monitoring federal and state contracts and enforcing wage provisions and requirements under the Davis-Bacon. The incumbent must be familiar with, or be willing to familiarize themselves with all federal regulations and criteria outlined in 49 C.F.R. Part 26
