Overview: Anthony and Sons Bakery, a family-owned business renowned for its exceptional bakery products, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure a delightful experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding products, services, and orders.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, and phone.
Provide accurate information about product offerings, ingredients, and pricing.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the bakery and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle special requests and customization of orders.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their concerns.
Maintain and update customer records and order information in the CRM system.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Some college education preferred.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the food or retail industry.
Familiarity with bakery products and services is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
