About the Job
We are looking for a 3rd Shift Production Operator to join an existing, tenured team. This role is important to keeping our production running smoothly while meeting safety and quality standards. We value teamwork, respect, and creating a safe workplace for everyone.
You don't need to have any existing warehouse experience, just a good attitude and the willingness to learn!
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 10:45pm - 7:00am
- **Overtime may be required in case of emergency on weekdays or weekends**
What You’ll Do
- Follow safety rules and work safely at all times
- Operate equipment and process parts according to instructions and schedules
- Inspect finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards
- Package parts correctly using approved containers, labels, and quantities
- Complete daily checks and paperwork as required
- Report safety issues, scrap, or quality problems to supervisors
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work with teammates to produce quality products
- Handle and dispose of waste properly
- Perform other related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a strong focus on safety

Physical Requirements
- Standing for most of the workday
- Lifting up to 35 pounds regularly
- Bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and other physical movements
