We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! Care and compassion are at the heart of what you'll do. You'll provide physician-directed, in-home speech therapy services, helping patients improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall independence while delivering exceptional care wherever they call home.

- Schedule: 3 days a week Monday-Friday, with no on-call responsibilities.

You will...
- Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes as ordered by the physician
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home programs, and disease management
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with physicians and the care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency, Medicare, and regulatory guidelines
- Promote continuity of care while supporting safe, effective patient outcomes

- Licensure: Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of employment.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a SLP in an acute care setting is required. Prior home health or community-based care experience is preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in speech-language pathology best practices, independent clinical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective time management.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
