We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight for a designated nursing unit within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, supervising nursing staff, coordinating clinical services, and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
This role serves as a key liaison between residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members while fostering a positive, resident-centered environment.

Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.

Supervise, mentor, and support licensed nurses and nursing assistants.

Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with individualized care plans.

Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions, identify concerns, and ensure timely interventions.

Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Monitor documentation, medication administration, and treatment records for accuracy and compliance.

Assist with quality assurance, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.

Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Minimum of two years of nursing experience required.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric experience preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
