We are looking for reliable, motivated and outgoing leader who can help manage and lead a team of baristas at our coffee carts in San Diego. We operate at 4 locations; 3 in La Jolla and 1 in Hillcrest. Locations are open 6:30am-5pm Monday-Friday
Schedule:
o Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM
o Able to adjust schedule and cover shifts if an employee calls out sick.
Responsibilities:
o Hire, train, and mentor team members
o Visit each cart regularly and assist team members with any issues
o Ensure team members are following best practices, carts are clean, organized and well stocked
o Help address issues with cart equipment (Clover POS, grinders, espresso machines, etc…)
o Help make deliveries and stock carts
Duties & Qualifications:
o 2 years experience as a supervisor or manager in a food service role
o 2 years experience as a barista
o Timely and strong communication skills with team members and owner
o Self-starter
o Reliable transportation
o Other duties as assigned
