We are currently seeking a full-time Client Relations Manager to join our Public Sector Solutions Segment within our OMNI & TSACG Compliance Services team.
This is a hybrid position for candidates located in NY or FL.

Job Description
The Client Relations Manager works closely with clients, internal teams, and investment providers to support the administration and documentation of 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans. This role ensures required plan documents, adoption agreements, authorized investment provider lists, and client records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assess, review, and submit proper documentation in compliance with 403(b) and 457(b) regulations.
- Creating and/or amending plan documents, and adoption agreements while obtaining client signatures as needed.
- Modifying authorized investment provider list upon notification of a possible conflict, omission, and/or addition by either client, department, and/or team member.
- Ability to provide customer service to both external internal clients via telephone and email.
- Work on special projects as needed and/or assigned.
- Answers to technical and compliance questions from clients regarding 403(b) and 457(b) plan administration.
- Working alongside investment providers to ensure all client documentation is in place permitting plan transactions.
- Ability to maintain our internal client management system up to date.
- Providing follow-up services on client inquiries, as needed.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED, some college or AA degree preferred.
- 2+ years of office clerical experience preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a relationship manager or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication skills- must demonstrate professionalism and tactfulness when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain and safekeep confidential information.
- Must treat all team members and colleagues fairly and with respect.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
Pay: $18.25 - $23.00 per hour
