Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Roles and Responsibilities
- BCBA Conducts 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, and clinical settings.
- BCBA Conducts parent trainings
- BCBA Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments when needed
- BCBA Updates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
- BCBA Discusses the client’s progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with the caregiver that are related to the program objectives once per week
- BCBA Informs immediate supervisor of issues as they arise
- BCBA Submits reports (e.g., reauthorization and monthly reports) on time
- BCBA Completes daily progress notes
- BCBA Completes authorized therapy hours per client
- BCBA Competitive pay based on experience
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, education or applied behavior analysis.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Agency.
- Must possess a high level of integrity.
- Reliable means of transportation and a valid Florida Driver’s License (on file)
- Obtain and maintain current professional liability insurance
- Pass a criminal background check
- Maintain CPR certification (every 2 years)
- Maintain HIPAA compliance training (annual)

Pay: $72,800.00 - $89,440.00 per year
