Position Summary
Lifebridge is seeking a compassionate and highly organized Intake Coordinator to support surrogate recruitment and onboarding.
This role serves as the first point of contact for potential surrogates. The ideal candidate understands the surrogacy journey from personal experience, communicates with empathy, responds promptly, and ensures every surrogate feels supported throughout the intake process.
This position also provides a clear career path toward becoming a Case Manager as the company grows.
Key ResponsibilitiesSurrogate Intake
- Respond promptly to new surrogate inquiries
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Guide potential surrogates through the intake process
- Collect required documents and medical history
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Candidate Support
- Build trust with potential surrogates
- Answer questions throughout the intake process
- Explain each step of the journey clearly
- Ensure a positive and professional onboarding experience
Coordination
- Coordinate with Recruiting Manager
- Coordinate with Matching Team
- Track intake progress
- Follow up with outstanding documents
- Keep communication timely and organized
QualificationsRequired
✅ Completed at least two successful surrogate journeys
(Preferred)
This is the most important qualification.
Applicants should have firsthand experience navigating the surrogacy process and be able to genuinely understand the emotions and concerns of prospective surrogates.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a surrogacy agency
- Customer service experience
- Healthcare coordination experience
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
