Home daily, usually off weekends, but have weekend work if driver wants days off during the week.
LOCAL DRIVERS
PAY IS $20 PER HR FOR UP TO 40 HRS
OVERTIME IS PAID AT TIME AND HALF ( $ 30 hr ) (Lots of OT available if you want it)
ALL TIME MUST BE VERIFIED BY DISPATCH – NO VERIFICATION NO PAY
IF THERE IS NO WAY TO VERIFY TIME WILL BE ESTIMATED FROM MILEAGE/DRIVING TIME
AND ALLOWED 2 HRS MAX PER DELIVERY.

VACATION AFTER 1 YEAR OF SERVICE 2 WEEKS (PROVIDED DRIVER HAS WORKED
WITH NO BREAK IN SERVICE)
AFTER 5 YEARS 3 WEEKS ( WITH NO BREAK IN SERVICE)
BREAK IN SERVICE IS ANY PERIOD OF TIME LONGER THAN 21 DAYS.
VACATION PAY IS RATED AT $175 PER DAY (7 DAY WEEK PAY ON A 7 DAY LOG)
BEREAVEMENT PAY WILL BE 3 DAYS AT SAME RATE
CHRISTMAS AND THANKSGIVING ARE OBSERVED HOLIDAYS AND DRIVERS WILL NOT BE FORCED TO WORK UNLESS THEY AGREE TO IT.
AN ADDITIONAL $200 WILL BE ADDED TO THE PAY FOR WORK PERFORMED DURING THOSE 2 HOLIDAYS.
