Our new storefront brings that same trusted experience to an in-person setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional customer service on the sales floor
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately
- Support merchandising, restocking, and inventory tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Verify IDs and follow all compliance procedures
- Assist with new store processes during the launch phase
- Work collaboratively with teammates and management
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old (state requirement)
- Prior retail or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using POS and retail software
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work weekends and varied shifts
