Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every order
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, including order entry, payment processing, and delivery
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols throughout your shift
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly
- Support food safety management practices by following sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas and kitchen stations
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Prior food handling or food service experience demonstrates your ability to thrive in this role
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales records
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the restaurant or food industry
- Experience operating kitchen equipment safely is advantageous
- Customer service background that emphasizes positive interactions and problem-solving skills
