Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Tribal Administrator, this position is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation and daily operations of the Vocational Rehabilitation Program according to the grant goals, objectives, and guidelines in a culturally appropriate and relevant manner. The Director will be responsible for supervision of Vocational Rehabilitation staff, case management approvals, budget development and training.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in vocational rehabilitation or related social services fields
- Strong background in program development and implementation for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with community partners and employers
- Extensive supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a social work or behavioral health setting
- Solid administrative skills including budgeting, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance management
- Experience in working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence and employment success
Pay: $25.66 - $32.19 per hour
