Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements for bathroom and kitchen remodels
- Develop detailed design concepts using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Rhinoceros 3D to create accurate floor plans, elevations, 2020 design, mozaik software and 3D models
- Produce high-quality renderings and visual presentations utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools to communicate design ideas effectively
- Prepare comprehensive construction detail documentation that adheres to building codes and safety standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution from initial concept through installation
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential interior design projects with a focus on bathrooms and kitchens
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max (3ds <PERSON>), Rhinoceros 3D, and Bluebeam for drafting and project management purposes
- Strong skills in 3D modeling for architectural design and rendering techniques using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools
- Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools for efficient project coordination
- Familiarity with construction detail documentation and building code compliance requirements
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical details accurately
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
- Experience in managing design projects within budgets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Background in lighting design, remodeling processes, renovation projects, or construction experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

Pay: $37,000.00 - $99,716.81 per year
