Lead Dental Assistant / EFDA – Join Our Private Practice Team!
We're looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant or EFDA to join our team! If you're a motivated, compassionate team player who enjoys building relationships with patients and thrives in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
We are a small, private father-and-son dental practice in Saint Charles that takes pride in providing high-quality care while maintaining a positive, family-oriented atmosphere for both our patients and team members.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the doctors with a variety of dental procedures
- Take digital x-rays and CBCT scans
- Use the iTero scanner for digital impressions
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a positive experience
- Follow proper infection control protocols
- Maintain instrument sterilization and operatory organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of chairside assisting experience required
- Dentrix experience is a plus
- EFDA certification is welcomed, but we are open to hiring an experienced Dental Assistant or EFDA

- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
