ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Product & Brand Manager to own the day-to-day execution of the Poison brand in the Billiards industry. This is a dedicated role focused on one of our fastest-growing product lines — managing the launch cadence, time and action calendar, supporting influencer/pro player collaborations, and coordinating marketing and operational efforts that bring each product to market.
This role reports to the Product Manager – Cues and works cross-functionally with supply chain, creative and sales teams. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment and wants to be part of a growing global brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Launch Management
- Support the end-to-end go-to-market process for multiple sub-brands across global regions
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product allocation and inventory planning
- Monitor sales performance post-launch and communicate insights to relevant teams
- Maintain launch timelines and ensure cross-functional alignment from concept through sell-through
- Serve as the internal point of contact for the brand
Influencer & Pro Player Collaboration
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables for influencer and pro player product collaborations
Marketing Coordination
- Develop and maintain line sheets, product briefs, and sales support materials
- Coordinate with cross functional teams on product photography, campaign timing, creative asset needs, and product messaging
- Support promotional planning and ensure accurate, on-brand product information across channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with senior leaders, supply chain, and sales teams to align product priorities and launch execution
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas partners on product development timelines and requirements, maintaining weekly status updates
- Communicate proactively with management and relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-6 years of experience in product management, brand management, or a related role in consumer products or sporting goods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Monday.com, NetSuite, and MS Office to manage workflows and keep internal teams and overseas partners aligned
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience coordinating product launches or campaigns from planning through execution
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills required to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with inventory planning or supply chain processes is a plus
- Full-time in Jacksonville, FL corporate headquarters
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
