Our projects include restaurants, offices, residential, and retail spaces throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction estimating (drywall/framing preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and costs
- Experience with takeoffs and quantity surveys
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency in OST software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple bids
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Analyze project scope and identify potential risks or cost issues
- Maintain organized records of estimates and project data
- Assist project managers with budgeting and cost control
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams as needed
