The Technician will collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, and general inspections.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to execute repairs and installations.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide solutions for vehicle performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document all services performed and communicate findings to clients clearly.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in powersports repair.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Experience as a service technician or mechanic is preferred.
- Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks including brake repair and general diagnostics.
- Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in working alongside sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
