Responsibilities of a Program Specialist:
Responsible for providing the assessment for the development of the ISP, annual ISP update, and all ISP revisions as required by the regulations.
Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and evaluating services.
Responsible for reviewing, signing, and dating the monthly documentation of an individual's participation and progress towards outcomes.
Ensure appropriate utilization of individual's funds, including individual's accounts, rehab accounts, and other purchases by monitoring and reviewing accuracy of documentation and receipts during monthly monitoring and complete a thorough review of documentation expenditures at month end.
Supervise all support staff as assigned.

Requirements:
A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
Or
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
Or
An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
Applicant must also be proficient in writing, reading, and computer applications and be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid Driver's License with a 3 year clean driving record
ACT 34 Clearance
Pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
