The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems, with a strong understanding of mechanical codes and standards, or experience in multi family or commercial construction.
Responsibilities where applicable:
- Knowledge of and supervision of install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national codes.
- Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot HVAC equipment when applicable.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to deliver high-quality service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
- Provide professionalism in customer service. Familiar with multi family desired.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience desired.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and operations.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
