Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. As a Tire and Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other services to ensure the highest level of performance and safety for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other services as required.
- Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair problems with vehicle systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards for appearance and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and questions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive service procedures and technologies.
- Work effectively with other members of the service team to ensure efficient and productive work processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive service industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools and ability to use them effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair problems with vehicle systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, as required.
