Job Description
As the Sales & Social Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding the GlowWorks brand by generating new business opportunities, engaging with customers online, and creating content that attracts new clients. If you’re creative, self-motivated, and enjoy both sales and marketing, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Generate new residential and commercial cleaning leads
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into customers
- Manage GlowWorks’ social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, videos, and promotional content
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries promptly
- Help plan marketing campaigns and promotions
- Track sales performance and social media growth
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, or social media management preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva or similar) is a plus
