Responsibilities
- Operate various machinery and tools safely to assemble and manufacture products according to technical specifications and process guidelines
- Use measuring instruments
- Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50bs), to support production flow while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards in production environments
- Assist with process improvements by following lean manufacturing principles and contributing ideas for efficiency enhancements
Requirements
- Proven factory experience or manufacturing facility background demonstrating familiarity with assembly line operations and safety procedures
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use tools, and measuring instruments effectively
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments such as OSHA regulations or equivalent safety protocols
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to manage production or assembly teams when needed

Pay: $16.40 - $18.00 per hour
