Event Coordinator (Commission-Based) — NIKUX NYC

About the Role
NIKUX NYC is looking for a well-connected Event Coordinator to bring their existing client base and network to our restaurant. This is not an entry-level position — we're looking for someone who already has relationships with clients who book private dining, group events, corporate functions, celebrations, and other gatherings, and who wants a premier NYC venue to bring them to.
This role is 100% commission-based. There is no hourly wage or salary — your earnings are tied directly to the events and clients you bring in and successfully book. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional who already has an active book of business and wants to monetize those relationships.
What We're Looking For
- An established network of clients who regularly plan private events, group dining, or corporate functions
- Strong existing connections within the NYC event, hospitality, or corporate space — Manhattan-based connections strongly preferred
- A track record of bringing in and closing event bookings
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships at once
- Familiarity with private dining, restaurant events, or hospitality bookings is a plus
What You'll Do
- Bring your existing clients to NIKUX NYC for private dining and event bookings
- Serve as the main point of contact between your clients and our In house event Coordinator throughout the planning process
- Coordinate event details, timing, and guest needs with our In house event Coordinator.
- Continue to grow and maintain your client network to drive repeat and referral business
- Represent NIKUX NYC professionally to prospective clients
Compensation
- 100% commission-based on booked and completed events
