What You’ll Do:

Provide expert-level nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring rapid response and precise interventions.

Perform comprehensive assessments and collaborate with physicians to implement complex treatment plans.

Monitor patients closely, administering medications, IV fluids and advanced life-support interventions as needed.

Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment for patients with complex medical conditions.

Offer compassionate support to patients and families, providing education and guidance during critical moments.

Foster seamless coordination among healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
Who We’re Looking For:
A skilled critical care nurse who thrives in high-pressure environments, demonstrates excellent clinical judgment and prioritizes patient safety.
Education, Licensures & Certifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Licensed RN in Illinois
-
Current BLS/CPR certification
-
ACLS and PALS certification required per policy
Experience:

Critical care, ICU, or emergency nursing experience preferred

Strong ability to manage high-acuity patients and complex care situations
Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized nursing care following ICU protocols and best practices.

Assess, stabilize and manage patients with life-threatening conditions.

Administer medications, IV therapies and advanced clinical interventions.
