Position Summary: Titomic, a global leader in Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing and Kinetic Fusion™ technology, is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the defense and/or aerospace sectors to join our innovative team. This hands-on role, in a highly collaborative environment, focuses on developing comprehensive engineering solutions for customer projects and operating our advanced cold spray machines to coat, repair, or build high-performance components. We’re looking for a safety and quality-conscious engineer passionate about driving innovation in cutting-edge manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document all required engineering processes to successfully execute customer projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operate and optimize Titomic’s cold spray machines to coat, repair, or manufacture components with precision and efficiency on the factory floor.
- Enhance manufacturing processes to improve quality, safety, and productivity while reducing costs.
- Collaborate closely with design, R&D, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cold spray additive manufacturing solutions.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cold spray equipment and related automation systems.
- Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain and develop detailed process documentation, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) compliant with industry standards.
- Prioritize safety in all activities, adhering to strict safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety awareness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or a related engineering field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering role.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Comfortable performing hands-on work on the factory floor, operating and maintaining cold spray equipment in a dynamic, production-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additive manufacturing technologies, particularly cold spray, 3D printing, or advanced materials processing.
- Background in materials science and/or experience working in a metrology lab.
- Hands-on experience operating or maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment in a factory setting.
- Familiarity with defense or aerospace component specifications and standards.

- U.S. citizenship without dual citizenship is required.
- Position requires verification in E-Verify.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
