As a Real Estate Associate Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:
-
JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
-
Minimum of 5 years of of relevant transactional real estate experience is required

Experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm strongly preferred
-
Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
- Experience with AI tools — including large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration — will be strongly preferred

Ability to draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents and interface directly with clients and counterparties
