About the Role
We are a small, established custom construction company doing high-quality residential exterior builds, and we are looking to bring on the right licensed contractor to grow with us. This is a 1099 subcontractor role with a steady pipeline of work. Pay is negotiated per project based on scope. We pay well for skilled hands and care about doing things right the first time.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise crew members on site to keep builds on schedule and up to standard
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and designs, then execute them accurately
- Handle framing and finish carpentry on custom residential exterior projects
- Ensure quality, safety, and clean workmanship from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Active contractor's license (required)
- Supervisory experience leading a crew on site
- Able to read and interpret plans and designs quickly and accurately
- Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with
- Own transportation and basic tools
