Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Self Employed Gutter Cleaner to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, take pride in delivering quality service, and are equipped with their own reliable truck and ladders. As a self-employed contractor, you will be responsible for providing professional gutter cleaning services to residential and commercial clients, ensuring their properties remain free of debris and water damage.
Duties
- Perform thorough gutter cleaning on residential and commercial properties using your own truck and ladders
- Remove leaves, twigs, dirt, and other debris from gutters and downspouts to ensure proper water flow
- Inspect gutters for damage or blockages and report any issues to clients or management
- Use appropriate tools such as scoops, brushes, or pressure washers as needed for effective cleaning
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights, including proper ladder setup and use of personal protective equipment
- Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, including before-and-after photos if required
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding service completion and any additional maintenance needs
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or similar outdoor maintenance roles is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate ladders safely and confidently at various heights
- Experience with scissor lifts or other elevated work platforms is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to complete jobs efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable truck necessary for transportation to job sites

Pay: $450.00 - $550.00 per day
