Ability to program and operate CMM with PC-DMIS software.
Confident in the ability to accurately identify product deviations and relay information necessary to correct.
Accurately generate both first article and final documentation necessary for product submission.
Able to perform in-process inspections on various types of manufactured product using hand tools.
Make adjustments necessary to improve product condition of most manufacturing processes.
Intermediate to advanced blueprint interpretation. Full knowledge of drawing GD&T.
Basic skills in the set-up and operation of common CMM Machines.
Proficient in the use of precision hand tools. (micrometer, caliper, height gage)
Able to read and interpret engineered drawings.
Basic to medium skills in mathematics.
Attention to safety protocols.
Log job time, daily.
Follow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policies.
Other duties as assigned.
