WAREHOUSE WORKER REQUIREMENTS:
- Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Energetic person that can learn quickly
- Experience working within a logistics and shipping/receiving environment (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and priorities
- Must have their own car/transportation to work
- Willing to work overtime
- High School or GED diploma
- Read, write and understand detailed work instructions in English
- Dependable and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
WAREHOUSE WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shipping, packaging, and receiving
- Pull & Prep of client properties in preparation to ship to trade show
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight to ensure accuracy
- Inventory
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participation in the following:
- Assist Logistics Coordinators with set-up, dismantle and preparation of exhibit properties for shipment
- Clean exhibit staging areas for next usage (Sweeping / emptying waste bins)
- Assist Logistics Coordinators with inspection / storage of returning freight
- Miscellaneous items as required by the Warehouse Manager
Required Education and Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Some experience using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, cordless drill, etc.)
- Ability to lift heavy items (Up to 50lbs.)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You must thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment within a rapidly growing and successful organization. This role is scheduled to being immediately with typical work hours for the position being 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday, off- hours and weekend work may be required on a limited basis.
