We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to support our CUCINA enoteca Irvine location.
CUCINA enoteca is a vibrant California-inspired Italian restaurant and wine shop where seasonal ingredients, house-made pastas and pizzas, and an extensive wine program create an energetic and welcoming dining experience. We believe great hospitality is about more than serving food, it's about creating memorable moments for every guest.
As a Restaurant Floor Manager, you'll lead service operations, coach and develop team members, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and help drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Inspire, coach, and develop service teams
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
- Support operational excellence, safety, and financial accountability
- Partner with leadership to maintain a positive, high-performing culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Knowledge of food, wine, and elevated service standards
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and restaurant operations
