Sales Team Vision:
- We are building a leadership factory. Meaning - we are looking for reps to come in and prove themselves, develop skills, and move fast in their career.
- We promote only from within. Every rep first proves themselves as a Low Ticket Closer (LTC) on the $60 consultation before moving to high-ticket closer or team lead. If you cannot close low ticket, you cannot close high ticket.
- You’ll be responsible for selling our first time consultation to prospective patients. You will be the first point of contact maintaining and growing the Phoenix Chiropractic brand

Results: $60 Product: Biweekly Reset
- 0-5 Consultations Sold: 50$ Each
- 5-10 Consultations Sold: 60$ Each
- 10-20 Consultations Sold: 70$ Each
- 20-25 Consultations Sold: 80$ Each
- 25+ Consultations Sold: 100$+ Each
Compensation:
- $12.50 Hourly + Uncapped Commission
- OTE $60k-110k+
