The Installation Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all Trident Wash Systems equipment installations. This position leads the installation team, manages project schedules, coordinates with customers, general contractors, and internal departments, and ensures every installation is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Trident quality standards. The Installation Manager serves as the primary operational leader for the installation department and is responsible for developing installation processes, supporting field personnel, and driving continuous improvement.

Oversee all car wash equipment installation projects from planning through completion.

Manage installation schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Lead, train, and support the installation team.

Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.

Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.

Monitor project progress and resolve installation issues.

Develop and improve installation processes and procedures.

Manage labor, equipment, and materials for installation projects.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Promote a safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.

Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

High school diploma or equivalent.

5+ years of experience managing commercial equipment installations, construction projects, industrial equipment, or similar field operations.

3+ years of leadership experience supervising field personnel.

Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read blueprints, equipment layouts, wiring diagrams, and construction drawings.

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Ability to travel as required.

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as required.
