Job Summary:
The Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver will be coordinating and participating in the receipt, storage, loading and unloading, delivery, and inventory of district materials, food items, supplies, equipment, and mail; ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses; maintaining and organized warehouse layout; and ensuring safe operation of vehicles.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.
- Reviewing route sheets to establish your daily delivery quotas.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Inspecting invoices to ascertain all stock requirements.
- Loading merchandise thoughtfully to facilitate quick access.
- Carting pertinent stock to our customers
- Accepting delivery of inventory.
- Counting and confirming inventory.
- Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
- Storing inventory in accessible manner.
- Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
- Building loads with forklift and/or pallet jack.
- Reviewing route sheets to establish your daily delivery quotas
- Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies
Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Work experience as general laborer, preferably in warehouse.
- Forklift certified or able to be certified
- Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
- Time management and route planning abilities
- Familiarity with GPS/routing technology
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and 3 years of clean driving record
- At least six months of experience in preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Physical stamina for loading/unloading and standing/walking extended periods
