House Supervisor (3 pm - 11 pm)

Holy Family Senior Living Inc. (HFSL) ss seeking a RN House Supervisor for our 208-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in historic Bethlehem, PA.

At HFSL, the House Supervisor is part of the Nursing leadership team and has clinical and supervisory oversight on the Evening Shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm). Every other weekend and holiday is required.
The House Supervisor oversees staffing and works closely with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing/Clinical Educator and Scheduling & Staff Operations Manager to ensure patient and resident care needs are met. This position fulfills multiple roles including patient advocacy, facility and staff supervisor with oversight and coordination of all resources. Requirements:
- Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- 5 years of nurse supervisor experience in skilled nursing or related healthcare setting
- Demonstrated supervisor and leadership skills.
- Wound care experience is highly desirable.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities as cited above.
