Responsibilities
- Represent the brand confidently at events, product demos, and promotional activities to attract new customers and strengthen existing relationships

- Collect valuable data during events and campaigns to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives such as community events or pop-up shops to increase brand awareness
Experience
- Previous experience facing roles is highly desirable for understanding consumer needs and delivering excellent service
- Proven ability in sales or event marketing with a track record of engaging audiences effectively
- Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to public speak confidently in various settings
- Experience in data collection or market research to support marketing campaigns
