Orlando market.
Position Overview
U.S. Jaclean is seeking a self-motivated Vending Massage Chair Operations & Sales
Representative to manage existing vending massage chair locations while identifying and
developing new business partnerships.
This is a hands-on position that combines route operations, partner relationship
management, basic equipment maintenance, cash collection, sales outreach, and
business development.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and
confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers. Previous massage chair
experience is not required. Paid training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Vending Operations
- Manage vending massage chairs at assigned partner locations
- Create and maintain schedules for inspecting and servicing chairs
- Visit locations regularly to confirm that chairs are clean, operational, and properly
presented
- Monitor chair usage, revenue, and overall location performance
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting after completing company
training
- Coordinate repairs or technical service when necessary
- Collect cash and maintain accurate collection and revenue records
- Report operational concerns, maintenance needs, and equipment issues to
management
- Maintain accurate records for each chair and partner location
- Ensure smooth and reliable day-to-day operations across assigned locations
Partner Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing business partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vending locations
- Respond promptly to partner questions, concerns, and service requests
- Conduct regular follow-ups to support partner satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities to improve chair placement, visibility, and performance
- Coordinate chair placement, relocation, replacement, or removal when necessary
Sales & Business Development
- Identify prospective businesses and high-traffic locations for new vending massage
chair placements
- Conduct telephone, email, online, and in-person sales outreach
- Contact business owners, property managers, and other decision-makers
- Present the benefits of partnering with U.S. Jaclean
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective partners
- Negotiate new placement opportunities within company guidelines
- Follow up consistently with prospective partners throughout the sales process
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and partnership opportunities
- Meet established goals for new partner acquisition and location growth
- Provide management with regular updates regarding outreach activity, prospective
locations, and completed partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Ability to accurately handle cash and maintain financial records
- Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, email, and basic business applications
- Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct
- Willingness to learn basic massage chair maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outside sales, business development, account
management, route operations, vending, field service, or partner relations
- Experience developing business-to-business partnerships
- Basic mechanical, maintenance, or technical experience
- Cash-handling and revenue-tracking experience
- Familiarity with CRM software or other sales-tracking systems
Physical Requirements
This is an active, field-based position. Employees must be able to:
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb stairs
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently
- Assist with moving heavier equipment using proper techniques and appropriate
equipment
- Perform basic cleaning, inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs
- Travel between partner and prospective business locations
- Work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Occasional evenings or weekends based on partner and business needs
- Local and regional travel throughout the assigned territory
- Occasional overnight travel may be required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
