Overview
Joining our set up crew to help set up manufactured houses to families!
Duties
- Assist with the installation of building materials for manufactured homes
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures to accurately perform setup tasks - all tools provided.
- Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols during setup processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of setup activities while maintaining a safe work environment
Requirements
- Proven construction site experience with familiarity in building material installation and remodeling projects
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures
- Experience with laying plumbing pipe, electrical pipe, and sewer piping is highly desirable
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards on active construction sites
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when necessary
- Capable of performing dimensional measurements accurately for precise setup work

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
