About Us
The Mac Space: Mac Repair is a fast-growing, independently owned Mac repair business serving the greater Atlanta area. Known for consistent 5-star reviews and trusted service, we specialize exclusively in Mac-based devices. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc., and that's by design. Our mission is to offer transparent, high-integrity service with a personal touch that big-box options can't match.

We need someone who's not only great with technology but thrives on helping people. You're honest, motivated, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy working on Mac devices. - Perform basic networking support (LAN configuration, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
- Assist with Mac hardware management and internal service operations.
- Jump in wherever needed. This is a startup environment, and everyone contributes to the mission.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming space where customers feel at ease and confident in our process.
What We Value

- Clear, respectful communication and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong ethics, reliability, and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and grow with a team that thrives on feedback and continuous improvement.
- Bonus: experience with iPhone or iPad repairs (not required, but a plus for those who specialize in this area).
To Apply, Please Include:
- A short note about why you're interested in this role.
- A real-world example where you delivered standout customer service or solved a tricky tech issue.
- Your experience level with Mac repairs, networking, or support.
- A few words on how you approach customer service and building trust.
If selected, we'll send you a hiring assessment as the next step toward setting up an interview. This is a fast-growing business with real potential for future growth.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Application Question(s):
- Logic Board Level Repair (a perk, not a requirement).
Heads up before answering: we mean true component-level work, not board replacement. Taking a dead Mac, narrowing it to a shorted rail or a
failed IC, reading the schematic and boardview to trace the fault, then microsoldering the replacement part (cap, resistor, IC, or a reballed
BGA) under a microscope.
If you have actually done this, you know what diode mode, a short to ground, or pulling a U-chip with hot air means. Tell us which boards, your
bench tools, and one fault you are proud of tracing and fixing.
If that did not land, no worries, it is not required. Just do not claim it if it is not yours; our follow-ups are hands-on and it shows fast.
Do you have real, component-level logic board repair experience?
