We're looking for motivated EMT-B professionals who want to grow their skills and make a real impact in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients between healthcare facilities, private homes, and appointments
- Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) care within EMT-B scope of practice
- Clearly explain procedures to patients and communicate effectively with care teams
- Document patient care and interactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and safety of ambulances, equipment, and station areas
- Relay information clearly to dispatch, medical staff, and teammates
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and equipment upkeep after calls
Qualifications:
- Valid State of Texas EMT-B certification (Required)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs from ground to waist level
- Ability to sit, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
- Must be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to work closely with others in high-stress environments
- Prior EMS or patient transport experience preferred, but not required

- Show motivation, initiative, and a sense of urgency in daily tasks
- Maintain strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Ability to follow direction and work independently or with a team
