Position Summary
We are seeking a talented, licensed (cosmetologist or barber) men's hair stlylist who is passionate about men's grooming and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is skilled in classic and modern men's haircuts, comfortable using shears and clippers, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and thrives in a professional, team-oriented salon enviornment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional men's haircuts, styling, and finishing services.
- Perform consultations to understand each client's lifestyle, preferences and grooming goals.
- Recommend hair and grooming products to support clients' needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized workstation in accordance with Georgia State Board regulations.
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through excellent service and professionalism.
- Stay current with men's haircutting trends, techniques and industry education.
- Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- Current Georgia Cosmetology or Barber license.
- A minimum of 2 years experience cutting men's hair using both clipper and shear techniques, beard grooming, gray blending and color services.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and motivated to grow professionally.

- Monday: 11-7
- Tuesday: 10-6
- Wednesday: 9-5
- Thursday: 11-7
- Saturday: 9-5
