About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is a hybrid position requiring both local driving and warehouse picking/fulfillment. You’ll be operating small box trucks / vans and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Driving (50–70%)
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Perform local deliveries and pickups on scheduled routes
- Load and unload products at customer locations
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Ensure accurate delivery documentation and customer sign-offs
Warehouse (30–50%)
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Load delivery vehicles based on route sequencing
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
Requirements
- Experience making delivery driving
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Prior warehouse picking/fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food distribution or wholesale delivery
- Familiarity with route planning and delivery logistics
- Forklift or pallet jack experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is a plus
