About This Role
We are seeking a detail-focused professional to assist with the daily opening and closing of childcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in childcare and a warm, engaging personality.
Please note the following shift options:
Option 1: 6:45 AM to 9:45 AM
Option 2: 6:45 AM to 11:45 AM
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities
Opening Duties
- Maintain the group and ensure the safety of the children
- Relieve teacher/assistant for scheduled breaks
- Prepare the appropriate snacks and meals, while maintaining cleanliness
- Assist with facilitating morning activities
- Ensure that classrooms are setup with the necessary materials and or equipment for operations
- Restock bathrooms and kitchen area with needed materials
- Perform check-in operations
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Background check is required
- Must have 1 years of previous experience working with children in a group setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
We are looking for someone who can commit to a daily schedule, preferably between 6:45 and 11:45, although flexibility is a plus.
