We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive growth and expand our presence in the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying business opportunities, and helping organizations transform their challenges into tailored technology solutions.
You will combine business development, consultative selling, and solution advisory skills to manage complex enterprise sales cycles, from opportunity identification and discovery to proposal development and deal closure.
This is you
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, solution consulting, or account management within the IT services or technology industry;
Proven experience selling complex B2B solutions to enterprise clients;
Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling approaches;
Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and building long-term client relationships;
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers (C-level, VP, Director level);
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills;
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce);
Ability to understand business challenges and connect them with technology solutions;
Self-driven, proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving business results.
This is your role
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US market;
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders;
Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and business goals;
Drive consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through proposal and contract stages;
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to create tailored solutions;
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business cases;
Support RFP/RFI processes and enterprise sales initiatives;
Develop account strategies and contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation;
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
