Patient‑focused ENT practice in the beautiful Cinco Ranch area of Katy, TX. We are looking for a friendly, motivated Medical Assistant to join our expanding team.

Position Responsibilities
- Welcome and room patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Take and accurately record patient vital signs
- Scribe for the physician using eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Answer phone calls, assist patients, and take messages
- Assist with allergy testing and injections
- Schedule new and follow‑up appointments
- Verify insurance
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain supplies (including ordering when needed)
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations
- Assist front office when needed
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and medications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a medical practice or hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus
- Pre-MD, Pre-PA or Pre-Nursing applicants are welcome to apply once they are finished with their undergraduate studies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
