As a Finance and Insurance Manager at Power Ford, you will coordinate the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers, working closely with lenders and financial institutions to provide tailored financial services. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive comprehensive protection programs while supporting dealership goals.
- Sell financing and insurance products to customers using the menu selling process.
- Review customer credit applications and assess financing arrangements for dealership profitability.
- Make extended service contracts and owner protection programs available to customers.
- Ensure deal documentation is complete using a deal checklist.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet financial services goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to financial services.
- Support Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs within the dealership.
- Oversee completion and submission of all financing documents.
- Act as liaison between customers and lending institutions.
- Attend weekly manager meetings and maintain effective employee relations.
- Promote and support company standards, policies, and employee satisfaction initiatives.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years automotive dealership finance and insurance production experience.
- Finance and Insurance Management training is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving financial services goals.
- Strong history of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Successful completion of motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
