Mulholland Energy Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Hydrovac Division Manager to lead our Midland operations, we offer competitive pay and an excellent benefits package!
The Hydrovac Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of Hydrovac operations, including personnel management, equipment utilization, customer relations, safety compliance, dispatch coordination, and overall operational performance. This role requires a results- oriented professional with oilfield experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Hydrovac operations and personnel.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business growth.
- Oversee and support dispatch operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource utilization, and timely resolution of equipment and personnel issues
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, customer requirements, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
- Lead employee development, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure equipment readiness, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless execution of daily business operations.
- Assist with job planning, quotations, and operational reporting.
- Respond to customer needs and operational emergencies in a 24/7 oilfield environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Hydrovac management experience
- Strong knowledge of hydrovac operations, hydro-excavation services, and oilfield industry practices.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate daily operations effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, mobile communication platforms, and operational software systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
