Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner with reliable transportation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in Airbnb short-term rentals, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant space for our guests and maintaining 5 star reviews.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in a timely manner (prior to guest check in).
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and indoor and outdoor common areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
- Dispose of waste materials properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of work.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with property manager to ensure guests' comfort and safety is maintained.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role; must have your own cleaning products and equipment, including vacuum, mop, broom and cleaning tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions .
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as necessary.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
